Who we are

This website is run by Jt Garden services, a family garden business at 109 Sliverdale, Sydenham, London, SE26 4SQ. You can email us at jakerthomas21091@outlook.com. Our current contact details are always on our contact page.

This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect and why

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. We use these details only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry, such as giving you a quote.

Your message is stored on the website and emailed to us, so that we can read it and reply. We keep it until we delete it. If you would like us to delete it sooner, just ask.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.

Who looks after the website

The website is hosted for us in the United Kingdom by British Web Design. They store the website and the messages sent through it, and deliver its emails, on our behalf and only on our instructions.

Cookies

The website sets two small cookies that every visitor needs: a session cookie, which lets the site remember you from one page to the next, and a security cookie, which protects the contact form from being misused. Neither is used to track you.

The website keeps its own count of visits without using cookies.

If we ever switch on Google Analytics or advertising tags, the website will show a banner asking for your permission first. Nothing from them is set until you accept, and your answer is remembered in your browser so you are not asked on every page.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR) you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• ask us to delete your details
• object to how we use your details
